Eli received an associates degree in horticulture and nursery management from the University of Connecticut in 2004. After graduating, he worked for several companies in Maryland managing landscape crews, selling large caliper trees, and managing the grounds of a winery and it’s tree farm. He eventually became self employed selling and planting screening trees. His passion for nursery management and desire to grow berries lead him to Edmonton.
Michelle graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture. After graduation, she worked with a landscape company doing garden maintenance. Then, moving to Maryland, Michelle worked for a civil engineering firm as a landscape architect. There she inventoried forest stands, developed landscape plans, and producing presentation graphics. After working inside in front of a computer, Michelle decided it was time to spend more time away from a desk.
